Spotlight Feature: John Lynch's New Yorker

One of the most popular dollhouses we've ever completed, the New Yorker was designed and is owned by John Lynch, who worked with Marianne to create this amazing piece. The first floor of this New York City Brownstone-inspired house is a music shop, and the upper two floors are an apartment. The rooftop terrace creates a relaxing atmosphere for an otherwise busy lifestyle of a store-owner/NYC resident!
