Returns:
Our utmost goal is to provide our customers with a satisfactory shopping experience. If you need to make a return for any reason, please email us at help@dollhousealley.com, or call us Monday through Saturday 10AM-6PM EST at (704) 495-0377 prior to making any returns.
We will gladly accept returns of all merchandise up to 15 days after receipt of an order (except on products where otherwise stated). Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and original condition. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges except in extenuating circumstances. We recommend using USPS First Class shipping, which will include a tracking number and insurance up to $50. Larger or heavier orders may require USPS Priority shipping.

Refunds:
Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a refund via the original payment method. We will refund the cost of the original item, not including discounts, once we have received the product and ensured that it is in its original condition.
