Our utmost goal is to provide our customers with a satisfactory shopping experience. If you need to make a return for any reason, please contact us so that we can make it right and assure that returns are safely received.
We gladly accept returns of all merchandise up to 15 days after receipt of an order, excluding products where otherwise stated, such as Clearance. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and original condition. At this time customers are responsible for return shipping charges except in extenuating circumstances. We recommend using USPS First Class shipping, which will include a tracking number and insurance up to $50. Larger or heavier orders may require USPS Priority shipping.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a refund via the original payment method. We will refund the cost of the original item, not including discounts, once we have received the product and ensured that it is in its original condition.
