Refund policy

Please note that items marked as Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns:

Our utmost goal is to provide our customers with a satisfactory shopping experience. If you need to make a return for any reason, please contact us so that we can make it right and assure that returned items are safely received.

We gladly accept returns of all merchandise up to 15 days after receipt (delivery) of an order, excluding products where otherwise stated, such as Clearance items. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and original condition. Customers wishing to make a return will be issued a return shipping label with instructions.

Refunds:

We will issue a refund of the cost of the original item excluding discounts, via the original payment method, after receiving returned items and ensuring their condition. We apologize that we cannot refund shipping costs at this time, nor cover return shipment costs, except in any case where we make an error, such as sending out the wrong item. Because of this, we highly recommend that customers contact us before attempting to make any returns.
