Shipping policy
Shipping Costs:
We offer standard US Postal Service options throughout the United States, and USPS and UPS shipping options for international orders. When you enter your address at checkout, the shipping cost will reflect an up-to-the-minute price based on the current market, using an estimated package weight, and will include a marginal amount added for the cost of shipping materials (boxes, labels, etc).
We regret that we currently cannot offer free shipping options. To maximize the price, and with environmental considerations in mind, we do our best to use lightweight materials as often as possible. We also regularly recycle and reuse packaging, like tissue paper, plastic baggies, and lidded containers. We recommend that you do the same! Many of these materials can be used to organize or store your miniatures when they are not in use.
Shipping Policies:
We take the time to ensure that all items are packaged carefully so that they will arrive to you safely and as expected. We typically process and ship orders within 1 to 2 days of receiving them, but we ask that you please keep the following in mind:
We are a very small two-person business, run by a mother and daughter. We offer our merchandise for sale here on our website, as well as at miniature trade and retail shows that we travel to around the eastern United States. As a result, at times we are unavailable to process orders right away. If we are unable to do so in a timely manner for any reason, we will contact customers via email with an estimated time frame for processing and shipment.
Please ensure that you use an up-to-date and accessible email address when placing an order. All customers will receive an emailed tracking number, as well as shipment notifications when packages are mailed, out for delivery, and successfully delivered.
