There are several common scales for dollhouse miniatures: 1:12, 1:24, 1:48 – even all the way down to 1:144! These numbers refer to the ratio of real life to miniature: 1" in miniature is roughly equal to the corresponding inches in real life.One-inch scale, or 1:12, is the most commonly found, along with 1:24 or half-inch scale. Make sure to check that the item you are looking at matches the scale you are working in!

Viewing miniatures online will always make them seem larger than life! In our product photos, we use coins and rulers to try to give you the best concept of size.
